What solutions do we offer recruitment companies

Factoring

The most conventional and straight forward way of releasing money from your invoices. Relieving any cash flow problems and releasing cash before from your debtor book prior to your clients paying. We have access to certain funders who prepay up to 100% of the invoice value and conduct credit control on your behalf

Customer Handles Own Collection Service (CHOCS)

If you would prefer to maintain the management of credit control but allow the funder to prepay at levels up to 95% then CHOCS is a great solution. The assignment of the funder is on the invoice but you the agency maintain contact with your debtors

Factoring with Back Office (360)

If you wish to trade without your own back office function then a 360 funding and back office product will allow you to concentrate on billing whilst your funding, invoicing, payroll, credit control, insurance and contracts are all managed for you

Confidential Factoring

A hybrid product whereby credit control is still conducted by the funder but on behalf of and as the agency. Advances range up to 95%

Confidential Invoice Discounting (CID)

For the more sophisticated and established agency. All back office work, reconciliations and credit control are conducted by the agency. Advances are up to 90%. There is no assignment on the invoice and the facility is confidential

Spot Factoring

If you need to release cash from a invoice on a sporadic basis but do not want to commit to an all turnover or lengthy contract then spot factoring can be very useful for using at your lesuire when capital is required.

Cashflow Loans

Again, in conjunction with a core product of Factoring or Invoice Discounting some funders will structure cashflow loans to support a business for growth or development. Loans will usually be repaid over a maximum of 3 years and will have to be supported with forecasts and narrative

Government Backed Loans

In conjunction with any Invoice Finance product funders may look to offer a Government backed loan to assist future growth. This is only available to established agencies and other funds and assets must have been utilised. Loans can range up to £1m in conjunction with the Factoring or Invoice Discounting line

Credit Insurance

A very useful product which can be sourced externally or in conjunction with any of the above Invoice Finance products. Credit Insurance covers your clients for insolvency. If your debtors are insured then not only do you have the comfort of knowing if they cease to trade you are covered but it allows for higher concentration limits and flexibility around your sales ledger. We highly advise you take credit insurance for your invoices.

Unsecured/Secured Loans

Your business may be eligible for a Secured or unsecured loan outside of any Invoice finance agreement. Funders will want to understand the purpose of the loan and agree a realistic repayment period. This is ideal for new start companies or agencies expecting rapid growth

Equity Raising/Investment

If investment is required for either new start agencies or established ones who wish to grow then we have suitable sector specific contacts who can assist

Trade Sale, Event Lead or Acquisition Finance

If your agency is looking to acquire, sell, gear up to sell or increase exposure for a likely event then we work with Corporate Finance houses who are able to assist
